Assistant SoftWash Technician
**LOOKING FOR FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME ASSISTANT TECHNICIANS**
The Assistant Technician is the backup/support team member of the Lead Technician. The Assistant Technician’s role is to set up the Lead Tech for success. The Assistant Technician must be a team player and build a strong working relationship with the Lead Technician while working together to make important calls on production, safety, and customer care. To be a successful Assistant Technician, you should be knowledgeable of health and safety regulations and have a good sense of balance. Ultimately, an outstanding Assistant Technician should be able to demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Duties of this position include but are not limited to:
-Soft washing (similar to pressure washing)
-Window cleaning
-Prepare the soft wash truck with soaps and materials to complete the daily scope of work
-Perform daily vehicle checks for fluids, tire pressure, and wear and tear
-Review work orders for accuracy to ensure you have all materials to complete the job
-Daily use PPE and Safety Equipment while on the job site as needed
-Protect customer’s property and landscape from physical or chemical damages
-Aid Lead Tech in meeting the production goal for the week and month
-Must be able to lift a minimum of 45 lbs, perform ladder work, drag hoses, and not be afraid of heights
-Problem-solve: For example – How to open a jammed window, remove blinds, reassemble a storm window
-Must complete End-Of-Day procedures before the end of shift
-Ensure the toolbox is onboard and has all the tools needed to repair the truck or system
-Ensure manuals and paperwork is on board the service truck
-Be a part of the accountability chain for ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws
-Must be neat in appearance
ClearView will provide any and all training required to assist you in performing your work and reaching your goals. Prior experience is not required. There is plenty of room for advancement within the company. Our goal is to train you to eventually be a Lead Technician making upwards of $50,000+ per year. Onboarding and recurring background checks are required and conducted on all employees. The primary location for work is in Topeka, KS with occasional work in the Lawrence, KS area.

Lead SoftWash Technician
**LOOKING FOR FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME LEAD TECHNICIANS**
The Lead Technician oversees the daily operations of the service truck. Responsibilities include the care and safe operations of the service truck that is assigned to the employee and for the production and welfare of the employees under the Lead Technician’s leadership. To be successful as a Lead Technician, you should be knowledgeable of health and safety regulations and have a good sense of balance. Ultimately, an outstanding Lead Technician should be able to demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
-Soft washing (similar to pressure washing)
-Window cleaning
-Cleaning and sanitizing the properties placed on your schedule
-Must be able to lift a minimum of 45 lbs, perform ladder work, drag hoses, and not be afraid of heights
-Completing the given scope of work
-Managing your team to ensure work is completed
-Daily vehicle checks/inspections
-Daily equipment checks
-Problem-solve: For example – How to open a jammed window, remove blinds, reassemble a storm window
-Review work orders for accuracy to ensure you have all materials to complete the job
-Ensure manuals and paperwork are always on the service truck
-Review scope of work with the customer for accuracy
-Regulate use of PPE and Safety Equipment while on the job site
-Meet your production goal for the week and month
-Collect pictures and video document the work upon request
-Complete projects with a final walk-around with customers and collect payment
-Must be neat in appearance
ClearView will provide any and all training required to assist you in performing your work and reaching your goals. Prior experience is not required. However, boom or scissor lift operation, OSHA certification, prior construction, or similar experience is preferred.
